To Play or Not to Play. Thursday, October 11, 2007. One of the major benefits. Of letting kids play paintball is that they will go outside and be active. When kids play paintball they develop. There physical and mental skills. When being shot at by a opposing player they have to learn to think while being under pressure witch builds mental strength. There is a lot of running and diving in the game of paintball witch takes its toll on the body. The game makes a kid physically. More then just watching TV.

Athletes Returning to the playing field too soon. Tuesday, October 9, 2007. For example, say if one day a 5 star recruit from Miami, Florida goes up for a pass and comes down on his ankle awkward. He comes out of the game, and the trainer says he cant go back into the game because he has a sprained ankle. The player says hes OK. And wants to return to the game to perform in front of the college scout. But, now he doesn't. Have that opportunity to get to the next level. October 10, 2007 at 6:44 AM.
