A Day in the Life of Raising Six Munchkins. Tuesday, January 7, 2014. Can you see me? Hiding under a mountain of quilts! Yes, but it's kept me far, far away from the blogging universe! I've been wanting to write, to keep you all in the loop of this crazy life, but it's just been so, well, crazy! It is my hope to start blogging a bit more regularly! I am aiming for at least once a week. We'll see how well that works! Here are some pictures of what I've been doing these last few months! Again, another swap:.

A Day in the Life of Raising Six Munchkins: WIP Wednesday
http://adayinthelifeofraisingsixmunchkins.blogspot.com/2013/07/wip-wednesday.html
A Day in the Life of Raising Six Munchkins. Wednesday, July 17, 2013. Well, hello there everyone! I think I fell off the face of blogland! I've been very busy with shop orders, getting quilts made. I hit a road block when I ran out of basting spray and my local stores were out of stock! I ordered more online and now that I have it in my possession, I can finish off the last of the current quilts. In the meantime, I've been working on swap projects and {gulp} packing! Halfway basted quilt. I can now f...

A Day in the Life of Raising Six Munchkins: January 2014
http://adayinthelifeofraisingsixmunchkins.blogspot.com/2014_01_01_archive.html
A Day in the Life of Raising Six Munchkins. Friday, January 31, 2014. A finish for January's ALYoF 2014 Edition! Well, I actually finished my goal this month! Though, I almost didn't make the posting! I started out with this as my goal: To finish my Super Tote:. And here is the finished result! This was so fun to make! I used the added recommendations for the interfacing to make it a stiffer, sturdier bag. I'm so glad that I did! I for sure do! Linking up to Fiber of All Sorts. Posted by Lisa Mather.

S.O.F.A.: Go Green, Be Clever
http://sofatime.blogspot.com/2011/06/go-green-be-clever.html
Society of Fabric Appreciation. Friday, June 3, 2011. Go Green, Be Clever. For relief from all those sewing threads you've clipped as you sew but end up still all over the project and you, here's a simple tip that is fast and fool-proof. Purchase sticky lint and pet hair rollers from the dollar store and when done with a project simply clean it up by running the roller over it and yourself. It's amazing how fast those threads disappear and it saves time. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

S.O.F.A.: Father's Day is Almost Gone
http://sofatime.blogspot.com/2011/06/fathers-day-is-almost-gone.html
Society of Fabric Appreciation. Sunday, June 19, 2011. Father's Day is Almost Gone. This was a rough day for me. My father was buried some time ago the day before Father's Day. He is so missed by all of us children and grandchildren. He was quite a dad. And he even sewed! Happy Father's Day to all the great fathers out there. Give your children was wonderful memories to tell about later on. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). These Are a Few of My Favorite Things (Links). Quilters Club of America.
