no longer 'In School': January 2009
http://cassanne.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
No longer 'In School'. Monday, January 26, 2009. How can I start this? I absolutely love Google and once I was shown how to create a Google website, there was no stopping me! I love to play around and create. I guess you could call it my 'scrap booking'-a hobby. They say a hobby is something you do in your spare time, something you do for fun. They also say you should lover your job and do something you love to do. So what's the difference? This brings us to my second example. Tuesday, January 20, 2009.

no longer 'In School': Six Degrees of Separation
http://cassanne.blogspot.com/2009/09/six-degrees-of-separation.html
No longer 'In School'. Wednesday, September 9, 2009. Six Degrees of Separation. Create a map of your social network. Blog about strengths and weaknesses. Putting a map together of my social network was eye-opening! I couldn't believe how many people there are (and how many didn't get mentioned or were forgotten)! After about 10 minutes, I realized this would be a daunting task and decided to blog first. (image of social networking map coming soon). The question for our weekly discussion was: After readin...

no longer 'In School': #2 Google Tools
http://cassanne.blogspot.com/2009/01/2.html
No longer 'In School'. Tuesday, January 20, 2009. Ha, right, blogging, right. I absolutely love Google! Everything Google has to offer I love! I found out about Google Tools last semester and can't be separated from them now-it's kinda like an addiction-which scares me just a little, but I like it. Google Calendar is my lifeline! I am an organizing freak! And G-Cal allows me to organize, color-coordinate, share, schedule, describe, view, alert, and embed! What else could I possibly need? IGoogle is nice ...

no longer 'In School': Because God Knows
http://cassanne.blogspot.com/2014/09/because-god-knows.html
No longer 'In School'. Tuesday, September 9, 2014. So the thought came to me while sitting in testimony meeting, (now before I go farther and at the risk of incriminating myself, I know most thoughts I have during testimony meeting are less than righteous, but this one seems pretty good so I'm gonna go for it), the thought was 'during scripture study or pick a scripture/conference topic, write posts (journal) about feelings or lessons learned.'. Well for whatever reason, this impression was strong enough...

no longer 'In School': November 2008
http://cassanne.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
No longer 'In School'. Tuesday, November 18, 2008. No Sam isn't a suspect. Saturday was a great adventure! My brother is attending. And early on in the semester auditioned for some murder-mystery-play-dinner type event. As we later learned it was a senior class project for a one of the theatre majors. Well being a freshman he didn't think much of it, but of course (oh I just love him), he made the cast as Sam! We didn't really worry until we got there though, I guess you could say we weren't really think...

no longer 'In School': December 2008
http://cassanne.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
No longer 'In School'. Monday, December 8, 2008. Feel the purse strings tighten as the government continues budget cuts in public schools. Ask any one of those teachers what the hardest subject being hit is and you'll probably hear fine arts. There are no fine art requirements for students at Lava Ridge Intermediate, but that doesn't make it less important. There are many opportunities for students to show off there talents. Andrus is also part of the Dramatic Arts Showcase for the intermediate a...

bonds of steele: We Will Never Forget
http://bondsofsteele.blogspot.com/2012/09/we-will-never-forget.html
Tuesday, September 11, 2012. We Will Never Forget. I have often pondered the phrase "We will never forget" and wondered exactly what we mean by that. Those directly involved in the 9-11 attacks will certainly never forget their own struggles for survival. Those who perished clearly will never be forgotten by their loved ones. As for the rest of us, what are we saying when we boldly declare that we will never forget? Are we completely honest when w. This September 11, as we are reminded of that which we c...

bonds of steele: June 2009
http://bondsofsteele.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
Saturday, June 13, 2009. I guess its time for a little catch-up! I was going to post after Tyler's birthday sushi-but we never got our camera developed and the others who took pix never got back to us. So I kept waiting to blog, but more and more kept building up and then I got overwhelmed! Okay, so that sounds a little ridiculous, especially now that I'm home alone for the better part of my day, so here goes. We sure love sushi-thanks Yamato! April proved to be the busiest month-again! Easter-egg hunts,...

bonds of steele: July 2010
http://bondsofsteele.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
Tuesday, July 27, 2010. JULY = summer vacation. Okay so of course we take more vacations in the summer outside ofJuly, but per capita it seems to be the most vacation filled month-at least it feels that way. Then of course Ty left us all for. And Utah throws in a special weekend for. After hitting Sand Hollow. Thursday afternoon, Dad hooked us up w/tickets to Tarzan. And I got a breakfast w/my long lost St. George girlfriends. Aside from the vacations, this month we also hit 100%. JULY = summer vacation.
