What’s Cookin’? Police Arrest Members of Notorious Gramps Gang. June 15, 2015. Police found Thomas Crinch sitting on the porch of the residence where the burglary had taken place. Crinch reportedly told police he “had to stop and rest a spell” before continuing the getaway. Three members of an active theft ring were apprehended Thursday in Palm Springs, Calif. Palm Springs Police Chief Ronald Bookem says the three gang members were apprehended individually as they fled the scene on aluminum walkers.
