My running group "The Sole Sisters" took a trip down to Wenatchee, Washington this past weekend. Some of the girls ran 10k, some of them ran a 1/2 marathon (for the first time), and some of us walked 10k. Explains my life in one word. Sunday, May 16, 2010. This super mom has lost her super powers. Life these days has been a blur. Seems like the better the weather, the busier we are. I love being busy but not when you are sick. One day I will have my super powers back, but in the mean time, I kinda like a bit of an early retirement! And the doctor said, "no more BMX. Mel, put that bike away until you are better! They get them back when the snow falls! I am still swimming across lake Okanagan.
